Where do I get my
tickets?
Tickets for Spag n Drag can be purchased online at www.spagndrag.com.

Where do I get a paper ticket from?
Paper tickets are not issued for Spag n Drag. Upon payment, you will receive a PayPal
receipt via email. Print this receipt for admittance on the night of the show.
I can't Print my ticket!
If you are unable to print your ticket, simply record the
receipt or transaction number of your purchase, or if you have
email on you phone bring along an electronic copy on the night.
Do I have to have
Spaghetti?
The 'Spag n Drag' ticket options offer several different
meal options. Visit our Menu &
Pricing page for details.
Can we choose what meal we are after on the
night?
Meals for Spag n Drag Dinner shows are generally served
alternatively from the menu options listed on our bookings
page. To esnure you all receive the meal of your choice,
Pre orders can be made by completing Pre-Order
Form (Excel) or Pre-Order
Form (PDF) at least one week prior to your booking.
Where is it located?
Spag n Drag Diner Shows are performed at various locations
around Melbourne and Victoria. Venue information is
listed against each date on the online
bookings page.
What time does it start?
Spag n Drag shows generally begin around 7pm, with stage
shows at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm. The last show finishes around
10:30pm, wish drinking / dancing afterwards. Any variation
to these times will be displayed at the time of booking.
What time does it finish?
The last show generally finishes between 10:30 and 11pm,
however most of our venues stay open late!
How much are tickets?
Spag n Drag Diner Show ticket prices may vary slightly
depending on the location of the show. Pricing
information is always available on the event
/ booking page for each show.
Are all shows the same price?
Spag n Drag Diner Show ticket prices may vary slightly
depending on the location of the show. Our
fundraising nights are also charged at different prices.

Do you offer discounts?
Our aim is to keep our prices as low as possible for
everybody, so we do not generally offer discounts on our ticket
prices.
On occasions, we will sell last minute tickets a
few days before the show they are for at a reduced price - these
will be advertised via our facebook
page.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A $10 per ticket deposit, or full payment, is required to
confirm your booking. The total amount paid, will then be
deducted from any balance due when making final payments.
Tickets purchased less than 2 weeks prior to a
show, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Special payment requirements may be imposed when
touring. Any variation to the above will be notified on
the event / booking page for the specific show.
When is final payment / numbers due?
Final Payment is required at least 14 days prior to your booking
date. Tickets purchased less than 2 weeks prior to a show,

What payment methods do you accept?
TMS Melbourne can accept payment via VISA, MasterCard or
PayPal through our website. We can not accept phone
payments. Cash payment can also be made on any show
night.
In addition to the above, when touring some
locations may offer additional options for payment. Check
the Event / booking page of the show you are interested in for
details.
Refunds
and Cancellations
Can I cancel my booking
after paying a deposit / full payment?
All Spag n Drag are tickets are non refundable.
If your numbers reduce slightly after you have
purchased your tickets, and you
notify us at least 14 days prior to the show date, we may be
able to issue a refund under some circumstances. If
you feel you have special
circumstances, please contact us via email or by calling
0434 679 616.
There may be additional conditions for touring
shows. These conditions will be displayed on the event /
booking page for the specific show.
What if one of my group does not show up on
the night?
No refunds are available if one or more guests does not
attend on the night.
Can I bring my
children along?
A number of our regular venues allow children accompanied by
an adult or guardian (Including our Melbourne shows at The Local
Hotel, Port Melbourne). If the venue does not allow
children, we will list this on the event / booking page for the
specific show, otherwise everybody is welcome! If you plan
to have anybody under 18 attend, please advise us at the time of
booking.
While children are able to attend Spag n Drag
shows, the content of the shows may include material of adult
nature.

table?

Do you cater for group bookings?
Yes! Spag n Drag can cater for groups of various
sizes.
We also regularly hold fundraiser events, and would love to
discuss your requirements with you further.
Will you come to my venue?
In most cases... Yes! Spag n Drag is a fully
transportable show, and we are always looking for new venues /
locations to hold our show. Simply contact us
